At Elura, our goal is to provide clear, compassionate support and high-quality educational programs that help midlife adults feel like themselves again.
Because our products include immediate access to digital materials, lessons, and downloadable resources, we maintain the following refund policy.

  1. Digital Products & Courses
    All sales of digital products—including the 12-Week Thrive Reset and any downloadable tools, guides, or assessments—are final.
    Once purchased, you receive instant access to proprietary frameworks, videos, and instructional materials. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital content.

  2. Memberships & Subscriptions
    Membership fees (such as the Vitality Membership) are billed on a recurring basis.
    You may cancel anytime, and your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
    We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or retroactive cancellations.
    We encourage members to cancel before their next billing date to avoid unwanted charges.

  3. One-on-One or Concierge Services
    Due to the time set aside for personalized support, appointments, and coaching, fees for 1:1 or concierge services are non-refundable once scheduled.
    If you need to reschedule, please contact us at info@apexvitathrive.com at least 24 hours before your appointment time.

  4. Payment Plans
    If you choose a payment plan:
    You agree to complete all scheduled payments
    Missed or failed payments may result in account suspension
    Payment plans are not eligible for refunds once access is granted

  5. Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors
    If you believe you were charged in error or billed twice, please contact us within 7 days and we will review and resolve the issue promptly.

  6. Exceptional Circumstances (Case-by-Case Review)
    We understand that life can be unpredictable.
    If you experience a medical emergency, hardship, or exceptional circumstance, you may contact us at info@apexvitathrive.com for a review.
    While refunds are not guaranteed, we always aim to be compassionate and fair.
